Magic Mushroom Minidose 250mg – Looking to take your Microdose experience a bit further?

The 250mg Magic Mushroom Minidose is specifically designed for those with a history of hallucinogenic usage or for those who have experienced the 100mg capsules and wish to incrementally elevate their dosage. Like the 100mg variant, this dosage does not trigger psychoactive effects. Nonetheless, it enhances feelings of contentment, stimulates creativity, and sharpens focus.

Our meticulously crafted capsules house a single ingredient: Golden Teacher Psilocybe Cubensis.

The Golden Teacher, one of the oldest and most renowned strains of magic mushrooms, is so iconic that its name is essentially equivalent to “Magic Mushrooms”. The unique golden-yellow caps and the wisdom typically imparted upon consumption appropriately befit this strain with its celebrated name.

What is Microdosing?

Microdosing is consuming small, sub-perceptible amounts of a Hallucinogenic substance, typically in the range of 50-250mg for Psilocybin Mushrooms and 15 – 25μg(MICROGRAMS). This dosage differs from a recreational dose as users are still able to function without any disruptive effects. In fact, many users report an increase in focus, clarity, creativity, and empathy among many other positive changes.

How does it feel to Microdose?

If properly dosed, a Microdose should help shift you into the zone of “me, but on a great day”. 1-2 hours after ingesting a micro-dose, you may notice an increase in creativity and a more positive mood/outlook.

Many users also find improved focus and energy level, however these effects are often subtle and may not even be acutely noticeable. While the effects of macrodosing are not always noticeable in the moment, Over time many people notice broader improvements in mood, experiencing overall stronger focus and memory, feeling more inclined to live a healthy lifestyle, becoming more engaged and present, and more — this list is very expansive.

Microdosing can mitigate the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD for some patients, and many purport its ability to increase empathy and ‘sociability’ as well, acting in a similar fashion to having a drink as social lubricant. The first time you microdose you may feel slightly giddy or intoxicated, however the body quickly builds tolerance to Psilocybin, and noticeable psychotropic effects are not usually felt after the first dose. Microdosing offers the neurologic and psychologic benefits of psilocybin, without intoxication. You should not have to alter your daily routine in order to microdose!

On your dose days: The effect of a microdose is subtle yet noticeable. You should be able to go about your daily routine without any impairment. It’s common for people who microdose to report the following on dose days: music sounds better, they’re more empathetic, more energetic, they pause to think before they speak, they’re more aware of their surroundings (especially nature), their focus feels sharper and they are able to stay on-track. On your non-dose days: Many microdosers report experiencing an afterglow the day immediately after a dose day. The introspective effects in particular tend to draw out into the next day. Consecutive days of non-dosing (which are recommended in any macrodosing protocol) will bring you back to baseline and from a pharmacokinetic standpoint will serve to reset any tolerance that has built.

Will microdosing cause hallucinations?

This is one of the most common misconceptions of microdosing. Stimulated visuals typically don’t occur in dosages of less than 1g for Mushrooms and 80μg for LSD and visual hallucinations don’t occur in dosages of less than 5g for mushrooms or 300μg for LSD. Since the amount of Psilocybe cubensis in each Hallucinogenic microdose is a fraction of this, you won’t experience any auditory or visual hallucinations.

Just to clarify, you can drive and go about your normal human activities while microdosing.

When should I microdose?

Take one Hallucinogenic microdose four days on and three days off, or on an as-needed basis. Taking it too frequently can cause your body to build a tolerance and will lower its efficacy.

Pro tip: take it in the morning with coffee and that to-do list won’t stand a chance.

How do I microdose?

Microdosing

Take 1 capsule for 4 days on and 3 days off.

Onset time

It takes approximately 45 minutes to kick in.

Effects

Increased mental clarity and focus. Little to no physical effects.

What dosage should I take for a microdose, 100mg or 250mg?

If you’re completely new to Hallucinogenics, we recommend starting off with a 100mg dose. You can slowly ramp up once you’ve become acclimated to the effects and transition to a 250mg dose.

Everyone is unique, so your preferred dosage to hit that sweet spot for productivity, creativity, and focus may differ.

What is the shelf life?

Hallucinogenic products, excluding mushrooms, do not “spoil” but rather experience a gradual decrease in potency over time, influenced by environmental factors.

Microdose Capsules: To maintain their potency, store them in a dark, cool place (<25°C). They will retain their effectiveness for approximately 2-3 years before potency diminishes.

What are the ingredients?

Golden Teacher(Psilocybe Cubensis), Gelatin capsule – non-GMO, Halal

Do not take any Hallucinogenics if on SSRI's (Anti-Depressants)

DO NOT consume any Hallucinogenic Product while taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or other similar antidepressant medications. Here are a few key reasons why combining Hallucinogenics with SSRIs can be potentially risky:

Serotonin syndrome risk: SSRIs work by increasing the levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter, in the brain. Psychedelics also interact with serotonin receptors. Combining the two can result in an excessive amount of serotonin in the brain, leading to a potentially dangerous condition known as serotonin syndrome. Symptoms of serotonin syndrome can include agitation, confusion, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, dilated pupils, and in severe cases, it can even be life-threatening.
Reduced effectiveness of psychedelics: SSRIs may dampen the effects of psychedelics. SSRIs can modulate serotonin receptor activity and inhibit the psychedelic experience by blunting the intensity of hallucinations, altering mood, and reducing overall psychedelic effects. This can lead to a diminished or unpredictable response to psychedelics, which may result in a less meaningful or therapeutic experience.

a gif showcasing the effects psilocybin on the brain vs a placebo

Backed by Science

Carhart-Harris and his team of researchers used brain scanning techniques to show what a brain looks like under the influence of psilocybin versus a placebo. The brain scans showed more “interconnectivity,” allowing the regions that don’t normally communicate with each other to do so. Interconnectivity allows for new connections and improved communication throughout the brain. As a result, the brain is rewired, often leading to the many benefits associated with improved mental health.
